Awesome video about the power of exercise and in this case, specifically walking. At least right now this is particularly apt because lately I’ve just felt SO lazy. Too cold to ride in, too cold to run and thus just sleepy. But I like the idea of maybe just parking further away from work and thus forcing myself to walk. It’s the little things, right?

Never heard of Native Shoes but I grew up with these so-called Duck boots and Native makes a few fun colored up pairs. Also, their logo is awesome.
